We provide mobile automotive repair: our mechanics travel to your home, workplace, parking lot or roadside location to diagnose and repair your vehicle. Services include diagnostics, general repair, brakes, batteries, oil changes and maintenance, AC service, tire rotation, roadside assistance, pre-purchase inspections and fleet maintenance. Availability depends on your vehicle, parts availability, your location and weather. Some repairs need a vehicle lift or heavy equipment and can't be done on site — we'll tell you before you book.

• Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle and the work needed.
• The proposed work and written estimate are presented for your approval before a repair begins.
• If we find additional problems during the job, we'll explain them and quote them separately. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
• Any travel fee for locations outside our standard service area is quoted before you book.
• Florida sales tax applies to parts where required by law.

Our diagnostic service costs $89. The diagnostic fee is waived when you approve and book the recommended repair with us. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee is payable.

Payment is due when the work is complete. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, including reasonable collection costs.

Please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your appointment window are free. Late cancellations, or appointments where the vehicle or keys aren't available when the mechanic arrives, may be charged a dispatch fee, which we'll tell you when you book.

• Provide a safe, legal place for us to work, with permission from the property owner or manager where needed.
• Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at the start and end of the service, and provide the keys.
• Tell us about any known issues, modifications or previous repairs.
• Remove valuables from the vehicle.

We may decline or stop work if the location is unsafe, including heavy rain, lightning or unsafe roadside conditions.

We can install parts you supply at our standard labor rate. In that case:

• Our warranty covers labor only, not the part.
• We are not responsible for defects, failures or fit problems with customer-supplied parts.
• Extra labor may apply if a supplied part is wrong or faulty.
• We may decline to install parts we consider unsafe or unsuitable.

• Repairs where we supply the parts are covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, on parts and labor.
• The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use.
• It does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, neglect, modifications or repairs by anyone else.
• Warranty claims need your invoice and an inspection by us. Warranty work must be done by Car Repair in Orlando.

Existing defects and worn components outside the approved work remain separate from the repair. We discuss unrelated concerns that we notice during the visit.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, rental costs or towing, except where the law doesn't allow this limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any legal dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
